QiTech Control
QiTech Control
I am the original mind behind "Qitech Control". A single software to control multiple industrial machines running on ordinary Linux machines replacing traditional PLCs. High performance <100us cycle times using EtherCAT and support for other communication links. Abstracted architecture to easily integrate new machines and hardware. Also includes a web based SCADA panel synchronized by 60fps WebSockets. Deployed directly from GitHub to the target machines and compiled inside a custom NixOS Linux.

I initiated and cofounded YFN with 6 friends. A community of over 1600 (and counting) young entrepreneurs to connect, learn and grow together. We bring together the economic future of Germany through regular national and regional events. We also run a mentorship program, incubator, VC fund, bureaucracy tutorials and even more projects.

For 3 years I built the "Strava" for sailors with a friend. Log your sailing trips and track your performance related to wind, waves and weather conditions. Record and Replay GPS tracks.

I built an industrial machine capable of sorting bottle caps in 8+ colors. A high speed conveyor belt system combined with air nozzles controlled by a mounted touchpanel. AI sorting based on object detection with OpenCV + fine tuned YOLO v11 and custom ByteTrack implementation in Rust.

Release Notes Tool
At PPI I developed a plugin for Jira Server to track multilingual release notes and connect them to bug and story tickets. The release notes are customized for each customer and compiled into a self contained HTML document with good styling and searchability. Project leads have a dashboard to track the completeness of release notes for each version.
